Booking Policy

Due to liability, we can’t take extra passengers on lessons.
While we try to provide the same instructor for each lesson, we can’t guarantee the same instructor.
Packages must be completed within a year and are not transferable or refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse service.

Package Refunds

Unused lessons of a package can be refunded. No refund is allowed past the first 15 minutes of an ongoing lesson.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Your lesson is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. We realize there can be unexpected things that happen in our lives. While truly sympathetic, students canceling without enough notice prevent others from being taught by our instructors, who will still have to be compensated. Drive Quest charges a $75 fee for less than 24hrs notice with no exceptions. If the lesson is canceled within 1 hour, your lesson(s) is(are) due in full with no exceptions. If the student isn’t present, the instructor will wait no longer than 15 minutes before leaving.
