Adult & Senior Driving Skills Brush-Up Course

Designed for mature drivers, our Adult & Senior Brush-Up Course helps you refresh and enhance your driving skills. Our Adult Behind the Wheel Training is tailored to meet each individual’s driving needs. Car Rental For Drive Test

Our popular Car Rental for Drive Test service ensures you’re fully prepared for your DMV test. Available throughout Orange County, and Long Beach, we offer convenient rentals, which are also available for AB60 candidates. We’ll pick you up 30 minutes before your scheduled test and let you drive to the DMV in our vehicle, providing helpful tips to boost your confidence. This service requires a minimum of 3 hours. Note: This is not a substitute for lessons; drivers should already be skilled and confident. If you’re uncertain about your driving, we strongly recommend taking lessons beforehand to increase your chance of passing.

During this 1 to 1.5-hour session, we’ll review your driving history, medications, and perform hearing and vision screenings along with a general physical evaluation. Behind-The-Wheel Driving Assessments

Our behind-the-wheel driving assessments are conducted by a certified Driving Therapist in a dual-control automatic car. If necessary, the vehicle can be equipped with special modification controls to meet your needs. This 60 minute on-road evaluation will assess how any injury or illness may impact your driving abilities. Assessment Feedback and Outcomes

After your driving assessment, our Driving Therapist may recommend one of the following outcomes:

You are safe to drive with no further action needed.
Your driving requires improvement, and professional lessons are recommended. A reassessment will follow the lessons.
You need car adaptations or specialized equipment to drive safely, and lessons will help you learn how to use these modifications.
You are not safe to continue driving.

A detailed report of your driving skills and recommendations will be sent to relevant parties. Assessments are available for anyone of driving age in Los Angeles, Orange, or San Diego Counties, including those with special needs seeking their license.

Following the assessment a report is sent to concerned parties describing your driving skills and recommendations are made.

Who can be assessed?
Any person of driving age who resides in Los Angeles, Orange or San Diego Counties may be assessed. People with special needs wishing to obtain their license for the first time can also be catered for.

Defensive Drivers Training (DDT)

Our Defensive Drivers Training (DDT) course is designed for both individuals and fleet drivers, especially those involved in accidents or who have received citations. Employers are required by California Labor Code to provide safety training, including defensive driving for employees who drive for work. Driving involves inherent risks, and all employees must meet the state’s DDT requirements. Employees who frequently drive for business purposes should complete an approved defensive driver training course every four years. Certificates of completion are available upon request. This course enhances safety and reduces liability for businesses while improving employee driving skills.
